We accept no responsibility for any loss of data occurred during or after your device is repaired by us. This includes the failure of any hardware supplied that may cause loss of data. All our components are fully warranted and carry standard guarantees.

In order to claim under warranty then the original proof of purchase will be required.  

Terms of Use

In the event that we are loading software on your behalf then we will only install original copies of software using genuine serial numbers or activation processes. We will not install copies and non-genuine products.

ALL goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Any item not collected or paid for in full will be disposed of 90 days after the repair is complete to offset our costs.

ALL hardware replaced will be returned to you for your own disposal. In the event that you wish for us to dispose of any equipment then a charge may be levied.

We reserve the right to charge the standard repair charge to cover our labour costs when you deliver the system to us.
